Backed by a national network of funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers, Simplicity Plan is a complete prearrangement program.  It can help you document, organize and store all the important information your family will need after you are gone. Simplicity Plan assists members with final-needs issues, offers valuable financial and health information, and provides the tools and guidance needed to make the best choices for you and your family today.

How much does Simplicity Plan cost?
It’s completely free to create your plan. There’s no obligation to prefund your plan.

What if I forget my password or username?
Your username is your email address. If you forgot your password, click here.

What does my membership include?
Your membership includes:

  • Immediate access to the Simplicity Plan planning and storage portal.
  • A single, private and secure location to document, organize and store everything your family will need after you are gone.
  • Two personalized identification cards—one to keep and one to give to a trusted loved one to ensure there is no confusion about your wishes.

What type of security does this site have?
This site is password protected and secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Personal information that you enter onto the site is encrypted in our database for your protection.

Is this a will?
Simplicity Plan is not a will and is not legally binding. However, it is an invaluable tool to let your loved ones know your wishes and where to locate important documents.

What information do you collect in My Plan?
The information your family will need to carry out your final wishes and settle your estate is collected in your secured plan and stored in one place. This includes funeral, cemetery or cremation preferences, memorialization choices, and estate planning and medical treatment information.

What if my preferences change or I move?
Your plan is accessible at any time and from anywhere via the Internet. You can log in to your plan to view, update or change your information as often as you like. Simplicity Plan also has over 350 local providers across the United States and Puerto Rico, so if you move your membership benefits move with you.

How will my family know where to find My Plan?
It's important to designate a trusted family member or friend to have access to your plan in the event that you become ill or pass away. If it's difficult to share your wishes with those you love, just make sure you provide them with the second membership card to keep in a safe place.

Can I add my spouse's wishes to My Plan?
Simplicity Plan is designed to record your own wishes so that they reflect your individual life and personality. Please encourage your spouse to register in order to record his or her wishes and important information.

If there's no Simplicity Plan provider in my area, can I still become a member?
No. We encourage you to choose a provider from our network of 350 providers across the United States and Puerto Rico. Selecting a Simplicity Plan provider will help to fulfill your plan at the time of need. You and your family will have peace of mind in knowing that all your information and personal wishes are documented and that your loved ones can go directly to the provider of your choice.

What happens if my membership card is lost or stolen?
